What this means for your family
During the plan year, one repatriation or funeral-service event is covered for one registered person, up to your selected plan’s limit. This is one event per year for the entire group of up to four people, not one event per person.
Example: if one of the four people uses this benefit, the plan’s annual event is used. The plan does not provide four separate funeral-service benefits.
Before enrollment, an advisor will confirm eligible relationships, ages, residency requirements, and whether the primary member counts toward the four-person maximum. Medical and psychological appointments have separate annual limits based on your plan. Using appointments does not use the repatriation or funeral-service event.
ONE FAMILY WITH DIFFERENT NEEDS

In a large family, you can choose up to four eligible people to share a plan. They do not all need to use the same type of assistance.
An older family member
May be registered for repatriation or funeral-service benefits, subject to eligibility terms and permitted ages.
Two adult family members
May use online medical guidance within the shared appointment allowance included in the plan.
A younger family member
May receive psychological support for bullying at school, subject to service eligibility and requirements for care of minors.
All four people share one membership: $174, $290, or $406 USD per year, depending on the plan. Benefits belong to the registered group; no service is reserved exclusively for one person.

Appointments are shared among registered members: Basic includes 6 medical and 6 psychologist appointments per year; Plus includes 12 of each; Premium has no annual appointment limit during the plan’s active term. Appointments do not use the funeral-service or repatriation event. Repatriation and funeral services are alternatives; their amounts cannot be combined. Benefits, eligibility, term, and limits are subject to the provider’s conditions. Your advisor will confirm current amounts and terms before enrollment.

Is the price per person or per family?
The annual plan price allows up to four registered family members in total, subject to enrollment requirements. You do not multiply the price by four.
Which family members can enroll?
An advisor must confirm eligible relationships, ages, residency requirements, and whether the primary member is included in the four-person maximum. Eligibility cannot be guaranteed before these requirements are reviewed.
Does each of the four people have a separate funeral benefit?
The group of up to four people shares one repatriation or funeral-service event per year. If one registered person uses the benefit, the plan’s annual event is used.
Can I use both repatriation and funeral services?
These are alternatives for the same event. You use one benefit or the other, up to the applicable plan limit. The amounts cannot be combined.
How many medical and psychologist appointments are included?
Basic at $174 USD per year includes 6 online medical and 6 psychologist appointments; Plus at $290 includes 12 of each; and Premium at $406 includes both types without an annual limit during the active plan term. These benefits are shared among registered members, subject to service scope, availability, and terms.
Do appointments use the funeral-service or repatriation event?
No. Medical and psychologist appointments are separate benefits. Repatriation or funeral services are limited to one shared event per year for the entire group of up to four people, regardless of appointments used.
Where is medical guidance available?
Online medical guidance is available to members living in the United States. Confirm service hours and limits with an advisor. It does not replace emergency care.
When does my plan start, and how is it renewed?
Before enrollment, an advisor will confirm the start date, any applicable waiting periods, annual term, and renewal and cancellation rules. Selecting a plan here does not activate coverage.
